Fax - dialing 1800# can give out caller ID #
Email - de-encapsulated header information could be revealing
Phone - dialing a 1800# can give out your number
Internet WWW - cookies
Links - clicking on links can provide your IP address (some do automated promotional emails to registered users who stop by)

There's always Snail Mail or a pay phone.
