Hi all.

I just got in from rehearsal. I haven't even listened to the CC yet and just skimmed the SI thread, but not Yahoo! yet.

This will be a long night.

I can address one or two points though.

1) There seems to be confusion over the 14 "mystery" subsidiaries. What mystery? From Pat's synopsis of the CC (thanks) I think the analysts are confused here.

Look at the new org chart. This shows 10 subsidiaries - two of which are TBA.

mrv.com

The other four have to be:

EDSLAN - Italy
Netsoft Solutions - France
Turnkey - Switzerland
RDS - Sweden

Everyone always forgets those.

2) Pat also asked about the timing of the charge. The timing was perfect - Q4 of LAST YEAR. Should they have messed up THIS year? Remember 1999 is now OVER and is just the year we COMPARE TO GOING FOREWARD.

Now to do more skimming and listen to the CC.

I'm long for the long term and excited about the events.

Tomorrow? Probably rough in the AM, as always. I am in for the long term, not just tomorrow.

. I was disappointed with the answers of Noam; as suggested by one of the questioners, I recall a promise that some of the new products were to have been in Beta testing by this time. Also, I think something more specific could have been said beyond: 'the IPOs will come as soon as they're ready.' This is what we've been told for 3 quarters! Time is precious. The Street will be disappointed as well.

If the company's going to the CMGI model --- and clearly it is --- we need proof. We need one out of the gate. We need a taste of what it means for valuations to go through the roof.

Not sure if a factory with $20m in revs is going to give analysts anything substantial to hang onto in terms of upgrades.

I hope I'm wrong.

Pat
