Sorry DD but the reason that so many stocks are locked and at times even crossed (today with DTOX for example) is that volume is killing the MM's ....They need to hire more traders....often the BB stocks today are getting so busy that if a market maker is low offer and you want to lift that offer he's so busy with his other stocks that if you call he won't answer the phone...NO LIE.....I hear from friends that are MM's that it's the worst its ever been..... Foo Foo
