Paul,

I've seen a few positive comments too. Moody's seems to be an incredibly profitable business - revenues of $564 million, with operating income of $274 million. Growth of revenue was 14% from 1998 to 1999 and operating income up 23% during the same period. Haven't seen much more history than that, but I'll certainly be looking out for their filings with those margins.

Regards,
Stew

Paul, the guys at Harris seem to think Moody's by itself is worth the price of dnb today. I have seen estimates that Moody's would trade around $22 once it is freely trading.
