Thucydides, Thank you for the kind words. To be honest, I have been reluctant to expand on the Fibre Channel topic because it seemed out of place at G&K. The lingo-filled exchanges a couple weeks ago were an effort to dismiss the topic quickly without wasting everyone's time. I understand why that exchange was irritating to others but that was certainly not my intention. It was nice to hear from you, Cha2, Mike, and others that the recent post was instructive. Greg P.S. Merlin, in your message you said "I also now realize that the next time I want to cancel a subscription to a magazine I should tell them to change my throughput to zero. That should do it, right? :)" Either that, or tell them you would like infinite latency. (I find my sense of humor runs extremely close to yours.)
