I just edited it and deleted the carriage returns. Also make sure the "use fixed font" button isn't checked. Now for something tricky:

Some commands that work on SI (don't put spaces in):
< i > italics
< /i > cancel italics
< b > bold
< /b > cancel bold
< pre > preformatted mode (which preserved columns)
< /pre > return to normal proportional font mode

As an example, in pre-formatted mode, you can post tables:

           Sample   Data
Company A   15.4     6.9
Company B    6.5    14.3

In proportional font mode the table would be a mess.
