i don't own either msft or linux stuff so i have no holy wars agenda, i think anyway.
just wanted to know how you think msft will counter losing profits and market share in the profitable business server market.
if i may ask, what do you mean by greater and greater resources. i just want my investments to be profitable.

i think that linux on servers attacks msft's profits from the large companies that can afford larger servers and hire a server guy to keep them running.
linux is free, and reliable and improving daily, since it has an open programing code.

similarly, i think that amd attacks intel's profit by makeing chips for computers that at times are faster and cheaper to buy than intel.
again, i own neither company.
