From WSTL's recent 10-Q:

"NOTE 6. SUBSEQUENT EVENT

During February 2000, under the terms of the Company's convertible debentures, the debenture holders converted an aggregate $6.0 million principal amount of convertible debentures into 947,785 Class A Common Shares."

That's where the hedge guys got new ammo. If you can't borrow shares to hedge with, then exercise your options to reload the selling machine. INCA, REDI, SUSQ have been capping the price lately.

All IMHO...regards.
