If PAIR shareholders think that management sold for too little isn't it possible that ADCT shareholders think their management got a good deal? Avidia, cash... and therefore, isn't it possible that ADCT goes much higher from here? It also depends where PAIR management goes after the acquisition. Based on ADCT's recent quarter and the momentum in DSL, .43 of ADCT may not look too bad by July.
IMHO.
