Walt and Sam et al

I have been a great stock picker---even my longterm broker says so and often buys my recommendations. Picked HGSI when it was single digits---sold at around 40---and look at it now.

Where I fall down is knowing when to sell.

IMNR has been in my portfolio for past 3 years. So now I have a nice profit---and the stock is now getting press which brings in the day traders. So does one take advantage of the runs and sell and try to buy back in or does one look for more news and a huge pop in the price.

What I do see with IMNR technically is a reverse head and shoulders---if this move goes to c50 then we are at the top of the shoulder or the shoulder could droop a little and top out sooner.

Any suggestions.

Thanks.

I remember that news release of hgsi....the story hit the wires at 2 pm, and the stock was 41 dollars, up 1 dollar on the day....I remarked to a friend of mine that the news seemed big, and that the stock should have been up more...I didn't understand it, so I didn't buy it...the next day it popped 15 dollars to 56....I watched it for a while, and finally bought some at 219...and then I added today at "416" (i.e., 208 today since it split). Anyway, I have a question for anyone: I'm looking to invest in companies working on breast and/or colon cancer....should anyone have ideas, email me...thanx.
