I still believe that some insiders leaked information about this deal and that caused the resent runup. There are people who know a lot better than us what this deal will mean in dollars/share. Since this looks like a share transaction a lot may depend on the buyer's share price as well. Sure looks to me like we all know who the likely partner is and Cistron management helps no one by witholding this information.

Personally I feel a share transaction that values Cistron less than $1.00 per share sucks.
