SCOTT OT value stocks are undervalued-they will eventually rise-now they are bargains because many people think the way you do and go for momentum, new economy, tech stocks with high PEs and ignore solid value companies with reasonable PEs. PE is used by me here as short for including other fundamentals besides just PE . Even Dell, a (the)former darling,still a hi PE stock ,has lost flow of momentum investors funds as it isn't doubling every year like latest fad stocks- net, biotech, or whatever. BTW S&P 500 NASDAQ, and others, not just Dell, are an extraordinarily high PEs
