This is a reprint for all to read: Dear XXXXXX: Thank you for your inquiry and your ongoing support. Mr. Turner returned to Salt Lake from Denver Saturday night, February 19, late. Yesterday was a holiday and an opportunity to catch up with family since he had been in Denver for over ten days. Today, the press release regarding the judgment is being posted on the News Wire and on the web site. Regarding going up onto the Bulletin Board, one of GE's market makers has already filed a Form 211 with the NASD to clear GE to that level. This new information about Mr. Turner being exonerated by the Federal Court should help in the process, but as we have seen in the past, there can be no guarantee that the NASD will be persuaded by this new argument. We here at GE are dedicated to doing everything possible to push the matter of the BB as well as disseminating current information in a timely manner. Keep us informed of your concerns and opinions.
