Has anybody seen anything lately in Investors Business Daily or the WSJ about the company's lawsuit against the two analysts who torpedoed us before the first panel appearance? The story is supposed to include some funny comments by our IR director. Please provide date and page, if you have. Thanks.

Lehman tested the waters today, capitalizing on the sector weakness brought on by VISX, selling (shorting) some against their preferred shares.

Didn't last long though, as they realized the volume is too high and buyers too determined. There is fantastic support right around 7 1/2 right now.

Longs be ready to buy more if they sell it down again, but they will not be able to hold it down and affect the convertible conversion price hardly at all at this late juncture.

Expect two more days of some volatility, possibly to the downside, before the short interest is reported on Monday. If the short interest report suggests a large naked short position, expect a nice short squeeze to develop.

Good luck to all the longs.
