Well I'm out. If shareholders end up with 90 cents AFTER all the delay in a shareholders meeting and finalizing contract then taking 70 cents now seems prudent. There are too many things we have limited knowledge on to properly price the potential share value. Like just how many options are out there and what (if anything) is being paid to broker this deal. Certainly there will be further dilution. A final shareholder payout IN SHARES at a value between 75 cents and one dollar does at the moment seem most likely. I'll take my 70 cents and kiss off some of the worst management I've ever run across. I wouldn't trust them to negotiate breakfast.
