Take a look at the trading pattern here. There's no significant buy pressure, but there seems to be even less sell pressure and the sellers are few and far between. This one could move up by quite a few points if someone decides to buy a real chunk.

I wonder how high you'd have to go to take out 100K shares. My guess is 2-3 points.
