I think it is just trading, nothing really special. I believe there was a sell off after peaking above 5, and this is the recovery.

I do sometimes get the feeling that some professionals want to load up as much as possible before a definite break out about 5. Five is a magic level for some, margin people, many mutual funds. So building a base, buying cheaply before 5 is something that at times I see.

Some people call all stocks below 5 penny stocks. I think this is a perversion of the language, but I have talked to people that see it that way.
