steve: listening to cc. think the tax thing may cause some turbulance but not sure i completely understand it. conversion from nn to ala shares in usa might be taxable event. thus nn holders may be selling to avoid the tax liability, dragging ala down via the arbs.

Once this is over, things should settle down.

Steve my feeling is that ALA/NN are now evolving into a coiled spring.
