To Victor,

Your view, although having some validity, is burdenned by an over-dose of cynicism. Why? IMHO, MC has a lot riding on turning cpq around and I do not classify him as "fat". If MC fails, his career as a ceo is pretty much over. Any prestige he is hoping to achieve will be lost and his standing in the world of big business will take a major hit. In a nutshell, i believe he is motivated. The offices, cash and securities have no particular relevance to the personal goals of MC. As to Rosen, you will get less of an argument from me.
