Why did The PMC sign a $30 million deal with CIST? Why did CIST sign a million dollar agreement with DUKE UNIVERSITY in relation to the PMC deal? Why is this unnammed company offering $20 million to buy CIST? What are CIST's two new patents worth? What is the phase II clinical trial results of CIST's patented PAI-2 worth (being conducted in Autrailia)? Why does Aventis S.A. (NYSE:AVE) own 2,000,000 shares of CIST? Why did Immunex (NasdaqNM:IMNX) settle out of court for $21 million? I say we reject this offer and wait for the next and better one!
