Tidel to Exhibit International Products at CeBIT 2000

Company Premieres Tomorrow at World's Largest Technology Trade Show

HANNOVER, Germany, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Tidel Technologies, Inc.
(Nasdaq: ATMS) today announced that it will exhibit its products tailored
for
the international market at CeBIT 2000, starting tomorrow, February 24,
2000,
in Hannover, Germany and running through March 1, 2000. CeBIT is the
largest
exhibition of information technology, computer and communications products
and
services in the world, with approximately 700,000 attendees in 1999.
