BW:
Hey that was my question he answered there :-)) So it sounds like they have a real inside track. Too late for PAIR but I imagine that I will convert my Pair to ADCT anyway ( i already have some ADCT) and its still a big contract to win.
Too bad they couldn't have got it done earlier.. but I imagine someone at MCI gave ADCt the heads up on it and they went after PAIR.

Well, Cadogan sure ain't overpaying for his acquisitions.
Between the almost ``take-under' of SAVLY last June,
and buying PAIR at $17/sh at today's price (with about
$7/sh on the books), the man is one savvy vulture.

On the other hand, savvy is not the word one would
associate with Chucky and his gang. What would the
right word be? Humm.... let's keep this board clean.

David and BWAC- Well the MCI comment was about the most important thing he said. Funny they never said this in their Q1 2000 CC so I didn't even know about this. MCI being their largest customer is kind of strange? Since they are a Last Mile specialist you would have thought it would be an RBOC.

Anyway, the only other thing of significance, that may not be known by PairGain shareholders, is Cadogan reiterated ADCT has a strong presence in DSL's competition for the local loop- HFC(hybrid fiber coax) networks.

They have an entire system called, Homeworx. It's already installed in....now I forgot which MSO is using it. But it's an important account. And it's an important product line because it does cable telephony. -MikeM(From Florida)
