which is generic Republican dogma. Ha......bet that tax cut would make Alan Greenspan increase interest rates another quarter point on top of what he is already planning.


Greenspan said that he preferred tax cuts to new spending, which is the Clinton/AlGore plan. Especially since taxes and spending are already at all-time highs.
