A high-profile launch event is happening in Honolulu today (2/23); we hear that a dozen or so studio muckety-mucks are in attendance, at Time Warner?s invite. The reason: Time Warner wants to build confidence levels among studios about the momentum and viability of VOD ? and get better release windows in the process.
