Greg- Current consensus EPS estimates for Q1 are .16....that is flat y-o-y....how much easier can the analysts make it this quarter?? (answer: not much)...Dell got its "lowered bar"..now its up to them to make it happen...(exceed estimates)

BTW- Weitzen of Gateway comes out today and says Gateway will be (at least) generating 30B in sales by 2004....and the stock goes up 17%........How Michael coming out tomorrow, and topping him by saying Dell will be, say, 70B by calender 2004...that would be a nice touch, IMO...give "the average Joe on the Street" something to hang his hat on...instead on cryptic analyst Speak..

I think Michael needs to be more clear, forceful about financial goals...instead above "a multiple of market rate"
