I thank all of you who prayed for my son Pat ! He just called with disappointing news in that he was sentenced to 2 week-ends in jail. It could have been worse...like 5 w/e's,.. but on the facts of the situation, it should have been better, like 20-40 hrs. of community service, i.m.o.! But the Holy Spirit works in mysterious ways and perhaps this coming experience will solidify his resolve to lead a most sober life, while a more lenient judgement of his dilemma might have weakened this resolve.
