Hey, I know a guy who thinks that Clinton and Gore are fundamentalist zealots because they go to church.......It is tough being a "freethinker" these days!

The only reason Clinton/AlGore haven't spent freely is because the Republican Congress wouldn't let them.

Remember, all Clinton's major new spending initiatives were defeated and he was forced into a balanced budget and welfare reform. They were not his plans.
