I think this is a unique situation, but others here may know of something. Even if there is, I doubt it would have the pedigree and interest that PALM is going to float with.

FWIW, my broker tells me that his contacts at Merrill say they can't get PALM for love or money. An upwards re-pricing would seem to be inevitable, though maybe not until 3/1.
