Looks more and more like these guys are getting their act together. Check out the new newsletter at the site. Latest Corporate Update from the web site:

February 21, 2000
IBM Strategic Alliance and Advisory Page IBM and Indexonly.com have completed negotiations for an important Strategic Alliance. Indexonly.com users will be able to take advantage of a new IBM Corporate Affinity Program that gives purchasers of IBM computer products and services a special 5% discount on all IBM direct sales. Indexonly.com and IBM will be issuing a joint press release detailing this alliance and announcing this special computer offer. This program will be rolled out in Canada over the next few weeks, with US and International arrangements to follow. IBM will be the exclusive advertiser in our Computer Manufacturer category, and Indexonly.com will gain recognition on the IBM sites and will earn referral income from all sales conducted via our Search Directory.

As far as the SB-2 is concerned, the good news is that Indexonly.com, KPMG (Canada) as well as our Canadian securities lawyers have now all finished with the documentation. It is now in the hands of KPMG's SEC partner in the United States as well as our US securities lawyer. As both the US Securities lawyer and KPMG's SEC partner in the US must sign off on this document prior to it going to the SEC, we are putting as much pressure on them as possible. However, there is only so much we can now do. It is day to day. We will keep you advised.

If you have visited our site over the last week or so, you will have noticed that we now have an "Advisory Page" which precedes our "Start Page". This Advisory Page notifies the user that we are reconfiguring our data, and from time to time the user may experience slow downs in the search process. Simply click on the bottom line of the Advisory Page to continue with your search in the usual fashion. Our Production Department has assured us that they will use every effort to make these enhancements during the early morning hours, and therefore it should not affect the user. However when this is not possible, we will put up this Advisory Notice to warn you.

Yours truly,
C.F. Sweeney
President & C.E.O.
