Hello everybody!!!

My read on this: You could imply that DSP's will be the tiny little hearts behind many "connected" appliances in the not so distant future! My Thinkpad has a DSP that is programmed to be a 56k modem. Another DSP that is programmed to be a multimedia controller. All of them upgradable by downloading new code from the internet and installing it! I am only brushing the tip of the iceberg here, so to speak.

DSP's that connect to fibre (networks) are where it is at.

IMHO, of course...
