i'm just an advocate of taking cash in on conservative positions, based on knowledge of the underlying price action. may not be glamorous, but can easily return 4-10% per month.....less stressful then trading....

I sold 60 contracts JDSU Sept 220's when payout was 71 + they are now below 50. I intend to take them to zero.
