Elio, as in all the earlier years the shares has been used to either buy services or acquisitions - Some will be restricted others not.
Normal practice is that the restricted will be used in acquisitions and stock swaps.

Look at the pump as an advantage - The amount of services the company may obtain is connected to the shareprice - So pumped price means less dilution.

Mr Elio,
This is the registration of stock that was approved last year. In order to use this stock for mergers or acquisitions it had to be registered. If you saw 144s for amounts equal to this size then you should worry. Thanks for listening.
