Did I just hear the CNBC boneheads correctly that they are increasing the index weighting of CSCO and friends?

Apparently S&P increased the index weighting of CSCO and QCOM in the 500 index. Part of today's increase in these two stocks is being attributed to index fund buying.

Benkea: Both CSCO and QCOM were suppose to have been re-weighted by the S&P per CNBC. They were the two steers I had roped (for day trading). I sold into the close, but did not reverse.
