The China delay, if true, has to be a kind of political posturing. Congress recently approved the sale of select high tech components (applicable to weaponry, etc) to Taiwan and the mainland folks were very upset.

As I pointed out in a prior post I am sure it's a ploy but hate to see it at the very time QCOM was gathering steam.Long term not a problem,short term perhaps.

I am sure that this is all political. The election in Taiwan and Moniyan suggesting today, around 11am, that China would not get in to the WTO this year. But, the timing couldn't be any poorer.
