Actually I am planning on it, one way or another. I think they are afraid of me, which is good.

As for the short term replacement, had a few of those. When they start signing the checks its time for a new job. <vbg>

Chasing one now, but she is a nimble and elusive creature, and they have always been the best kind. Its the chase we love so much. The catching and keeping can be pretty tough. Kind of like work.
