Ruffian: Again, I request that when you cut and paste an article, that you also post the URL. Often it does not matter, but occasionally it does. Jacobs was quoted in this article as saying there "could" be roadblocks. However, we had already read that there IS a roadblock. The timing of Jacobs' statement is critical, and without the URL, I cannot tell when the article came out and when Jacobs made his statement. Please take the extra 5 seconds and post the URL.
