Hi Tom,

After our discussion today and the China announcement, maybe I should lighten up temporarily on some of my Q position and buy back after the dust settles!?!? Any feelings?? Where are you looking to re-enter?

Joel

Volt- The psychology of the market is huge. A month ago, news such as this would have cratered QCOM in the after-hours. Just the fact that it is holding so well leads me to believe that the worm has turned in the overall picture for the Q! Now, after having said that, I sold all of the tax-sheltered stuff literally minutes after Ruff posted the first news item at 145 3/4. I feel comfortable in being out but I am less nervous about the taxable positions than I was when I first heard the news.
