Pricing anywhere near $2.60/Whr would be favorable. All depends on the actual capacity of the batteries but the reference seems reasonable. Moreover, this is the target number mentioned by Lev via a conference call in the fall of 1998 and used by Fred in various calculations. Some skeptics, including myself, either publicly or privately thought the price could be as much as a dollar less but still be profitable.
