The warrant's symbol is RDOCW. One of the nice things about it, is that it hasn't been watered down. As new shares of stock have been issued, the warrant's conversion price has dropped and the number of shares it converts to has risen.

Currently, each warrant converts to 2.0906 shares with a conversion price of $2.87/share. They expire sometime in November 2001 as I recall. The precise date is not in the letter that I received with the revised conversion rates. You can check the exact date in the 10K on file with the SEC I suspect.

Good luck....

Bill
