Bill, that sounds about right. but the bubble is mainly his fault anyway, so he should be blamed. monetary policy has been way too loose, as it always tends to be during disinflationary periods.
Greenspan knows about the historical precedent - so he should have stopped the market in it's tracks as it became evident that the bubble phase was beginning.
