Rock Resources secures Tier 1 classification Rock Resources Inc RKR Shares issued 21,543,508 Feb 23 close $0.49 Thu 24 Feb 2000 News Release Mr. Thomas Kennedy reports Rock Resources has been notified of its Tier 1 classification by the Canadian Venture Exchange. The CDNX intends to implement its two-tier system in March, 2000. Every issuer will trade on one of two tiers. Tier 1 is the more advanced tier, where higher financial requirements must be maintained. Tier 2 is where the majority of issuers will trade. Directorship Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce D. Hirsche of Edmonton, Alta., to the board of directors of the company. Mr. Hirsche has practiced securities and corporate law since 1974 and he is currently on the board of directors and corporate secretary for several public and private corporations. Rock Resources is confident that the expertise of Mr. Hirsche will complement the current team and Rock Resources welcomes Mr. Hirsche to the board of directors. Mr. A.
