My gut tells exactly the opposite.

He can bring the spectrum of America back to being "simply" Americans.

No offense ( honestly ) but I have no idea what that means.

Well, I guess that is the impasse: your gut and mine react differently to Bush and McCain. I could vote for either, but I definitely prefer Bush. There is something that is "off" about McCain. I don't think he has the temperament to be president. He has a bad temper and a mean streak, and he is too stressed for this early in the process, especially when he has a couple of upsets in his favor. Also, I sense something shifty. Bush is more centered, more straightforward, more poised......Anyway, that is just MY gut reaction......
