Right now it's vaporware, and Phone.com's global lead is immense, plus virtually all US national players on exclusive deals. Oracle is a formitable company, but I lived through this Ellison act with Siebel. Finally and importantly, Oracle's competitive move had no perceived effect on Phone's good performance yesterday or today.
