Played UPR last year for a nice gain.Sure has sold off more than others in usa that i follow and own.
One that I own is CHK,N it would have gone bankrupt if it traded on tse with its huge debt to cash flow. Stock sold off down to 2 and traded up from 2.6 to 3.2 last two days on its 4th quarter and outlook for 2000.
Stock like Crestar has huge numbers and the market yawns. Nice to see there buying there own stock.

Petrobank - wow thread. One of the babies is starting to get up and run. Petrobank closed at $1.90 today. Something good must be going on there.

Anyone got any thoughts?

Bob

Hi Bearcatbob;
What is the industry average for oil stocks on a cash flow multiple basis. I realize that many oil producing companies today are trading in the 2x to 3x range, however,historically, what has this average tended to be like??

Thanks
Len
