Just a question.

Suppose that NCS had been riding along for 6 months at 0.80 to 0.90, and the PP was at 0.65. Then NCS dropped to 0.25. Would the PP proceed?
I doubt it.
Given the present circumstances, isn't management remiss in their duty to minority shareholders to proceed with a PP at 0.12?
Or is already a done deal - have the shares been issued and the money changed hands?
