How about the caller who complained that her monitor was blank. The tech asked her to check the power button. The caller complained that she couldn't see the power button on the monitor because all of the lights in the office were out. Further questions revealed that the electricity was off in the entire building. The tech rep asked "do you still have the shipping cartons that the computer cam in?" "Yes". "Then put the computer back in the boxes and ship it back. Someone as stupid as you doesn't deserve a computer."
