Palladium Falls as Tokyo Freezes Trade

"It erased Tuesday's big gains on news that Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM) brokers have been instructed by Japan's Ministry of International Trade and Industry to sell long palladium positions to clients."

coinmag.com

"Palladium dropped on Wednesday, after setting a string of all-time highs this month, as the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM) scrapped free trade and froze prices. . . "

Just another day in an era of crony capitalism, but in my view, another watershed event. No TOCOM player will ever look at precious metal paper the same ever again.
