Walter, I suspect that the LOI is non-binding pending final due diligence and opinions by the biopharma's bankers/counsel, as well as a final term sheet. I suspect that the initial transaction phrase may mean that all or part of the shareholders will retain some residual rights. As to shareholder approval, is there any information on the no. of shares owned by insiders? Finally, didn't CIST just fire Genome Securities? With a deal coming so soon after, what is the chance of having to pay them off? Wish there was a little more info, but I suspect that the status of the deal necessitates that. biowa
