A 2.2 volt, 466 MHz (Max) 0.18 micron CPU should tell you that rigor mortis has long ago set in.

I believe they will rate it at PR 1.5GHz

If there isn't any room to improve the clock speeds, this CPU may not have a long life - 1 year.

But the concern (for AMD) right now is short term. Joshua has ability to compete extremely well in the low end against the .25u K6, from which AMD still derives a good portion of the revenue.
