U.K. Internet Incubator to Come Public by Reverse Merger: Just announced: cnbc.com I own shares of LifeOne which is in bankruptcy--hence the available shell company--and has been quite a painful experience for me as an investor. I'm hoping that if the reverse merger occurs and if it catches on that I'll be able to recoup my losses. This could be a good opportunity to get in on the ground floor at the very beginning.
